Maui Bear
Violet was 4 years old here and I’m not sure of that’s Kahoolawe or Lanai in the background. I think Bear was having a good time too!

Ice Cave

Greek Wisdom
These pages came from a small art book (the kind they sell at museums for 3 or 4 dollars) called Springs of Greek Wisdom. I got it for ten cents at a used bookstore that was going out of business. The pages were of faux parchment paper with quotes from Plutarch, Euripides, Homer, and others. [...]

Prime Time
I’ve straddled the Tropic of Cancer in Australia. I’ve crossed the International Date line. I once sat in 4 states at once. And when I was in England I stood at 0 degrees latitude. Gee. I get around…!
